On 27 July 2017, IEEE CAS Malaysia has organised a Networking High-Tea at Hotel Sri Malaysia, Kangar, Perlis, Malaysia. The objective of this event is to help society and members from universities and industries to exchange ideas, especially in research, collaboration and exchanging products commercialization ideas in Circuits and Systems area. IEEE CAS Outstanding Doctoral/Master Dissertation Awards (Malaysia Chapter) Nomination Deadline: June 30, 2017   Description The CAS Outstanding Doctoral/Master Dissertation Awards recognize outstanding doctoral/master dissertations that have contributed to the advancement of the theory and/or applications of circuits and systems. Each award will include an honorarium and a certificate. IEEE USM SB STEM Outreach is a program which allows undergraduates from USM to approach primary and secondary school student and expose them to the field of Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics. The core objective of this program is to encourage more people from younger generation to delve into the field of science and technology. 2016 Fun Engineering Session Organized by IEEE CASS Malaysia Chapter and FOE, MMU   On 20th October 2016, IEEE CASS Malaysia together with Faculty of Engineering (FOE) Multimedia University (MMU) organized a School Program entitled 2016 Fun Engineering Session which is intended for secondary school students. In November 2017, lecturer and student from Faculty of Engineering in Universiti Putra Malaysia, Malaysia were invited to The University of Western Australia under the IEEE Circuits and System Society (CAS). The five days trip took place in 29 November until 5 December 2017 and proved to be a great success due to the enthusiastic input and continuous support from School of Electrical, Electronic and Computer Engineering, The University of Western Australia (UWA) and Faculty of Engineering, Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM).
